Growth Maker builds lead generation systems: ads, content, websites, WhatsApp and CRM. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can ask us to change or delete it.

When you request a strategy call or submit a brief we collect your name, mobile number, email if you give one, the nature of your offer, and a spend range. WhatsApp messages you send us are stored in that conversation.

If we work together we may hold ad-account access, brand assets, scripts, footage, and performance reports needed to run the engagement.

To reply to enquiries, run production and media, send invoices, and improve how the studio works. We do not sell your data. We do not run a marketing list from enquiry forms.

Contact forms on this site open WhatsApp with your details pre-filled. That message is sent through Meta’s WhatsApp service, not stored in a Growth Maker database.

We share what is required with tools that run the work: Meta (Ads Manager and WhatsApp), file delivery (typically Google Drive or similar), and accountants or payment providers for invoices.

We do not share client footage or accounts with other brands.

The public site uses only what the host needs to serve pages. We do not run advertising pixels on growthmaker.in unless a live campaign page is tagged with your consent.

Enquiry chats are kept as long as the conversation is active. Engagement files are kept for the retainer and a reasonable archive after, unless you ask us to delete what the law allows us to delete.

You may request access, correction, or deletion under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 by emailing info@growthmaker.in. We will need to verify it is you.
