Refund Policy

Discovery and strategy calls are free. There is nothing to refund.

Fees for production days, editing, and retainers already delivered are not refundable. If we have not started a prepaid future month, we will discuss a pause or credit in writing.

Budget spent on Meta (or any ad platform) is paid to that platform. It cannot be refunded by Growth Maker.

Production days cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full if crew and studio were held. Earlier notice will be rescheduled where we can.

Write to info@growthmaker.in or WhatsApp with the invoice date and reason. We respond within five working days.
