Terms of Service

Growth Maker provides production, performance creative, and Meta media as retainers or scoped projects. A strategy call is not a contract. Work starts when both sides agree scope, fee, and start date in writing (email or WhatsApp is enough).

You confirm you have the right to appear on camera and to use the offer we advertise. You give timely access to ad accounts, brand assets, and production days. Delays on access delay delivery.

We run production and media to the agreed scope. We do not guarantee a specific ROAS, lead volume, or revenue. Media buying is management of spend you approve — platform costs are paid to Meta, not kept as studio fees unless quoted that way.

Finished ads and films produced for you under a paid engagement are licensed to you for your business use. Growth Maker may show selected work on our site and social unless you ask us in writing not to.

Raw rushes, project files, processes, and templates stay with the studio unless a separate buyout is agreed.

Ad accounts, pixels, and pages remain yours. We ask for partner access, not ownership. You are responsible for Meta’s policies, billing on the ad account, and the claims in your offer.

Our liability is limited to fees you paid us for the month in which the issue arose. We are not liable for platform outages, rejected ads, or results from offers that do not convert.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
